President Barack Obama’s State of The Union address might have started a bit late.  After all,  it was well after 9PM in Washington, DC when it commenced.  But you would think the Democratic Senate majority Leader would be used to late-night sessions hashing out health care reform with Republicans and his fellow Democrats.
